- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our recurring services are priced differently than our Move in and Move out cleans. They are usually lower, Because of the type of services required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Recurring services: 1. We either talk over the phone or thought Thumbtack.com. 2. Get some initial details of the house and we formulate an estimate. 3. At the costumers request we can go and take a quick look around the house, to provide the final quote. 4. We set up a time and day of the week that best works for our costumer. 5. We Start the Job. For One-time cleans and Move in-out jobs: 1. We either talk over the phone or thought Thumbtack.com. 2. We get more details about the house. 3. We set up a date when the work is to be done. 4. Our team goes to the job site, they evaluate the house and confirms the previous quote range that we provided them, and/or adjust the price to the actual work to be done. 5. We very happily start the job!

My sister originally worked in this line of work and she was the one who got me started in home cleaning.
