- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $89 dispatch fee and a $214.34 troubleshooting fee. This amount will then be applied to any job performed and or completed at the time of appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask the customer issue or job needed, they will then connect with estimator if need be, if not we will send one of our highly-skilled technician to help either complete the job or trouble shoot, before any job is started or completed our technician will sit down with customer to go over pricing options, we will then complete job that day or schedule a day to come back out depending on length of job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We offer our technician weekly technical and sales training. As well as apprenticeship opportunities to continue to advance in their knowledge and career as a technician.
