For Financing: Basic Pricing: HVAC Repairs that do not require refrigerant are $295 for labor of: - Thermostat repair or replacement - Contactor - Transformer - Control board replacement - Condensate Clean Out - Condensate Pump - Relay Replacement - Capacitor Replacement - Coil Cleaning Fan Motor Repair Labor $295 (Fan Motor cost vary based on unit) Refrigerant Leaks require more in depth analysis: Leak Search: $295 Leak Repair: TBD based upon the location of the leak Refrigerant: Sold on a per pound basis and require repair of leak, system nitrogen test and vacuum. This job can be better quoted in person.

I needed a new HVAC system for my townhouse and I was totally overwhelmed with the process. Paul from Delta T was responsive and calming in his demeanor. His explanation of the issue and solutions was made from a place of concern and educating me on the options rather than just a sales tactic. On installation day, he and his team showed up on time and ready to work. They made the decision to move the outdoor unit to a better location that allows better use of my backyard. I have lived in this house for 20 years and just assumed that the location of the unit was non-negotiable. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer AfterPay and the prices are fair and transparent. Thumbtack charges per referral and that cost is taken into consideration to allow us to still be relatively profitable. This charge is consistent with current market pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call immediately to understand your needs. Once we determine the best course of action to assist you, we schedule. During the appointment window we can provide you with a Qoute and hopefully execute all repairs on that visit. Installations require more planning then repairs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a license Mechanical Master HVAC Technician in Maryland and Virginia with several years of on the job training as well as formal academic training. I also have a bachelors in business.
