I am truly grateful for Coach Kirby. I started Personal Training with Coach 4/23/24 for 11 months and during that time I lost 30lbs. What a great experience I had with my trainer. Super professional, respectful & caring. Schaun, listen to me, and my expectations were beyond of what i ask, I'm so happy to be a member of this gym and to be able to see great results.The installations are super clean, with any exercise machine that u can imagine to achieve ur health goals.They have kickboxing & boxing classes as well, ask for their prices, and if you get any of the trainers I promised you won't be disappointed

Been going to this gym for almost a year now, great staff, friendly people & outstanding trainers. The facility is one of the cleanest Ive ever been to, everything is well maintained! My trainer Rahem is always very motivating & always pushes me to try my best. I also love the fact that Im not stuck in the hassle of having to deal with a year contract! Love this place!
