I strive to offer competitive and transparent pricing, with no hidden fees. For larger bookings, such as group trips or extended vacations, I may be able to offer discounts or customized packages. I also provide special rates for military veterans and first responders as a thank you for their service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a conversation to understand your travel goals, budget, and preferences. From there, I create a personalized itinerary or options for you to review. I keep you updated throughout the process, offering suggestions and making adjustments as needed until we find the perfect plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified travel agent, having completed formal training in travel planning, logistics, and customer service. I also stay updated on industry trends through ongoing education, workshops, and personal experiences to ensure I’m providing the best possible recommendations.
