Very happy with his work. He was able to give me a quote over the phone and come right away after the phone call. Very easy to work with and the cost is very reasonable. I will call him again if I have any plumbing issue at home.

Reached out to Alan for sump pump installation. We scheduled an appointment, however he never showed up or called on the scheduled day. I had to personally reach back out to reschedule because I really needed the work done; we agreed on another date. When that date came Alan showed up an hour late for that appointment as well. Upon arrival he inspected the basement area of my home, Unfortunately, Alan somehow managed to forget his tape measure and level for the inspection so he was not able to take measurements or see the proper pitch needed to perform the job. After speaking with him for OVER AN HOUR he said he would provide me a quote within the next 48 hours.
However, 48 hours came and went and the quote was never sent. I reached back out to Alan via text and phone on 4 different occasions and dates, I was completely ignored. Long story short, not only a total waste of my time and energy, but more importantly, pushed a sump pump installation that I desperately needed back for an additional 3 weeks. Totally unprofessional, total waste of time, avoid at all cost.
