FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most real estate and bankruptcy are priced on a flat fee basis. For accurate pricing please contact me so we can discuss your specific situation. Customers will always know exactly what the cost will be through each phase of the representation - either an agreed-upon flat fee or a reasonable hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the matter and obtain a full understanding of what the client is looking to achieve by hiring an attorney. I provide my insight as to their transaction/situation and explain the scope of services that will be offered. Lastly, I will provide a written fee agreement for the client to review and sign.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston. I have been practicing law for over 20 years with a focus on real estate. Additionally, I have worked in the title insurance industry as claims counsel and underwriting counsel for a regional title insurance company.
