I recommend this wonderful lady to anyone trying to maneuver a plant based diet. she has given me the kickstart I needed to transition to plant based pescatarian diet. Shayna is the best! I came into working with her to lose some weight and one month later, I was able to shed 6 pounds! Shayna is professional and knows exactly what kind of meals i enjoy and do not enjoy. Switching from a super processed/fast food diet to a mainly plant and whole grain based diet was scary at first, but she made sure to include some of my favorite foods like smoothies and burgers. Not only did I lose some weight, I became more mindful of my eating habits and of what I was putting in my body. I am looking forward to the progress I will be making.

Shayna is great! We did a zoom meet and greet where she got to know me and my lifestyle to make sure the meal plan she gives me is best suited to my lifestyle! Even when things she gave me in my meal plan weren’t working out or I had some concerns she was very quick to respond and change it up! All sessions are done remotely via zoom, video call, or phone call (we will discuss what is the best way to conduct the sessions). **I do not partner with insurance at this time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free breakthrough call to get to know you and your needs. I will send you an intake form to fill out and send back. We will discuss how this can be completed.
