I hired Aponte Landscaping for a backyard project to clean the area with stones and wild plants and put mulch in some area and grass. He gave me a quote after looking at the area and I accepted the quote and he started the project same day. Later he said its going to cost us more as it will require more soil and mulch and we agreed after some negotiations. After he left, we saw that he did not even clean the entire area as he did not have right tools to properly remove a layer of stones. He left several areas. Additionally, he did not put sufficient grass seeds and our backyard did not have grass even after a month except for some random areas. Later, I messaged and called him several times as he was supposed to come back and fix it. He did not respond to my messages and when he picked up my call and promised to come, he had no show. We really regret hiring him as we did not expect this type of work and respose. We are now trying to fix it on our own even after paying a very significant amount. Would not recommend him.
