What separates Home Improvement Options from the rest is the personalized service from the designing process to work being completed in the kitchen or bathroom remodel.I personally come out to your house and meet with you to discuss the design of the kitchen or bathroom and have many product offerings to fit any budget. I use all the latest kitchen and bathroom design programs and have them on a laptop to be viewed in your home.Also all my plumbers,electricians and installers/remodelers are licensed and insured for everyone's piece of mind. What I enjoy about doing kitchen and bathroom design/remodeling is that no two jobs are ever the same.It is very enjoyable meeting new people every day.Probably what is the most enjoyable and gratifying aspect of this job is seeing the finished product and home much it is appreciated.

I would highly recommend Mike and his crew from Kitchen Options. We contracted with him to renovate our master bathroom. He responded to inquiries immediately and designed all the changes we discussed. Mike chose installers that were located in our geographical area. The process went quickly and efficiently. The job required significant demolition, including a large jetted tub. The same team did demo and rebuild for us. Shawn and Chris were very neat, laying drop cloth and cleaning up after each day. They did a great job tiling a new walk in shower, laying a tile floor, installing the vanities, plastering the walls and finishing the trim work . The electrician and plumber chosen worked out well and left the site clean when finished. The job was finished in 3-4 weeks.

Home Improvement Options exceeded our expectations with the kitchen remodel for our upstairs unit. They are more than willing to work with you with any questions or requests you have. We were very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism. We also had to work during the day and left our second unit open for them to finish the job. With that being said they are extremely trustworthy as well.

Services Provided; Total kitchen redesign complete with new floorplan layout. Consulting for cabinet options, cabinet and drawer insert options as well as countertop, appliance and flooring suggestions. Service received; Mike allowed us the choice of using any contractor for any construction services. We opted to do our own demo and electrical to save a little money but chose to use his contractor and were very glad we did! He was very easy to work with and did great work. My wife and I were very pleased with the finished project. I think the two things that made this project more than "Pretty & Practical" were, price and Mikes service! From the four estimates we received, Kitchen Options was not the least expensive but it was affordable. Mike's part in this was everything you'd want in a general manager of a project such as this. If he wasn't always available all the time he returned my calls, texts or e-mail right a way. He always answered uestions and provided information clearly, professionally and friendly! It made made our big, stess filled project get completed easier than expected.

Every job is priced differently based on the scope of work that needs to be done and the amount of materials needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we make contact via email i would need to stop out to your house to view the kitchen or bathroom to discuss your thoughts and hopes for the project and to come up with a game plan.The only way i can come up with a proper quote is to see everything in person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 14 years experience in the kitchen and bath remodeling/design industry.I have taken numerous accredited kitchen and bath design classes and 14 years of on site training comes in very handy.I do the designing and ordering of all the jobs i work on so the it makes everything run in a much smoother fashion.
