We had tried a few times through another home service app and even had someone come look at the job (simple replacement of our bedroom door), but no one ever got back to us. I saw the Thumbtack app on a commercial and tried it. I messaged Brad and he responded very quickly. We set a date and time and he even messaged to let me know he was available earlier in the day if it worked for my schedule and it did! He showed up on time and was incredibly professional from the start. He talked us through every step and when he came across an issue he checked in with us to see how we wanted to proceed. We greatly appreciated that he checked with us first! We have two children at home and we went without a solid bedroom door for months, and when he was finished with the new door we were so incredibly happy with how neat and clean it was and how well it fit into our existing frame. I hired Brad to help cover up 4 large old basement windows on the exterior of my house and then paint my entire front porch. He is probably the NICEST tradesperson I’ve ever interacted with!
