He was very quick to respond and came exactly at the time we scheduled him for. Did a great job at cleaning the carpet and was careful about not leaving any mark behind. Not sure if this is common, but he used our vacuum for the initial cleaning. We thought he would bring his own vacuum cleaner. Since we already had one in our home, he just asked if he can use it and we gladly let him. His price was reasonable for one room and we are satisfied with his service.
