He was very quick to respond and came exactly at the time we scheduled him for. Did a great job at cleaning the carpet and was careful about not leaving any mark behind. Not sure if this is common, but he used our vacuum for the initial cleaning. We thought he would bring his own vacuum cleaner. Since we already had one in our home, he just asked if he can use it and we gladly let him. His price was reasonable for one room and we are satisfied with his service.

We couldn't be happier with the results JJ delivered on our furniture. Our sectional, which had definitely seen its share of spills and stains (thanks to kids and a dog!), looks and smells brand new again. He even cleaned our dining room chairs and glider, which also needed a good refresh. JJ was super easy to work with, accommodating our busy schedules and even rescheduling at the last minute without any hassle. The price was very reasonable, especially given the high quality of the service. Definitely plan to give him a call once we decide to clean our carpets!
