Service Call Diagnostic: $129.99 + tax - We will dispatch a certified, trained technician to your home or business. They will access the situation and give you upfront pricing and options to choose from. If you choose to move forward we will complete the job to your satisfaction. Indoor Air Quality Assesment: $189.99 + tax - We will dispatch a certified and trained technician to your home or business. They will take a broad range of measurements and access the needs of your situation. After the assesment is completed, you will be provided with up-front, no surprise pricing and options on improving your indoor air quality. NO - OBLIGATION New System Consultation: $249.99 + tax -We will dispatch a highly trained comfort consultant to access your needs. They will perform the proper load calculations needed in order to correctly size new equipment. They will sit down with you and explain options, pricing, and financing to your complete understanding. Safety Inspection: $199.99 + tax - This is a comprehensive inspection to determine the safety and integrity of your HVAC system. These are ideal for the necessary mechanical inspections required for real estate transactions. This service does not include a cleaning or diagnostic of HVAC equipment and/or components. Maintenance: $279.99 + tax -Regular yearly maintenance is the key to the longevity and integrity of your HVAC system as well as reducing the cost of high energy consumption. The technician will come out and complete a comprehensive inspection and cleaning of your system and inform you of any further recommendations. Premier Home Comfort Membership Club -We're very excited to present membership options to our customers! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts Premier Heating and Cooling, our friendly staff will take some basic information and find a time that works best for you and book an appointment in our schedule. You will get a text message confirming the appointment. When it comes time for your appointment, your technician will send you a text letting you know they are on the way, keeping you informed every step of the way. We understand how valuable your time is and good communication is a must. When your technician arrives to your home, they will show up in our signature, easily identifiable, orange and blue van and uniform with ID badge in plain sight. Have peace of mind letting strangers into your family home or business knowing Premier Heating and Cooling background checks and drug test ALL team members. Once they get your approval to begin the work. Our technician will meticulously go through the process of performing the job or task, taking good care and being respectful of your space by wearing shoe covers and laying down dropcloths if necessary. After the diagnostic/assesment is complete, the representative will get your approval before continuing. Our approval process keeps you in control the entire time. At the conclusion of your visit, our technician will go through a re-commissioning process, taking measurements to ensure that there was a positive difference / solution accomplished with the work performed. This stops call backs and guarantees your satisfaction with the work performed. The technician will now clean up the area because we feel the only thing you should have to do after we leave is sit back and relax and enjoy. Before leaving, the technician will answer all your questions and explain everything to your complete satisfaction. Our goal is to WOW you and leave you completely satisfied every single time!
