We treat every service request with a sense of urgency to ensure all of our customers have an outstanding overall service experience. Our rate of $139 covers the trip and labor fees. The only additional cost will be for parts if any are needed. If for any reason the repair becomes time consuming, you won't have to worry about extra charges. If we have to order parts, there will be no additional charges for the return visit. Lucas showed up to our place the same day we called and right on time. He then explained that there was a recall on our appliance and suggested that we call the company so they would fix it for free, which they did.
Lucas' honesty and professionalism are a true rarity in this society today. We will definitely keep his number on speed dial from now on.

Lucas responded promptly and arrived ready to fix our dryer. He quickly found the problem and fixed it! He was here less than an hour and we used the dryer immediately. I would highly recommend him for any appliance repair. I've already referred my friends to him.
