We provide full service Fire Water, and Mold remediation services. We provide service in Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. We have been in business since 1997. We provide general contracting services and repair work. Our technicians are the best in the industry, they are friendly, compassionate, and extremely professional. This is a very fast paced changing industry. It requires 24/7 response and we always have to be ready to take on any size project regardless of the day or time. I appreciate the ability to respond to our customers immediate crises with quick action. I did not actually have restorepro do the work (yet!) but I'm a realtor and needed a quick estimate for my clients for mold removal. Restorepro responded on a holiday weekend and go out there the next day. My clients were pleased will be in touch with them about the work after they close on their new house.

Restorepro responded right away when I experienced an after hours emergency involving extensive water damage (two other companies I tried prior to Restorepro would not come to my home until the next day). Their staff was professional and respectful. The owner, Brian, called me frequently to let me know the next steps, and to check in to see if I was satisfied with the service. I highly recommend their service to anyone who has suffered a catastrophic loss!

It depends upon the project. Each project would be led by a project manager and lead technician. Customer service and communication is at the forefront of our project management.

We are certified in Water,Damage, Mold remediation, Sewage cleanup, and Fire damage. We have experienced restoration professionals and perform on average about 500 jobs per year. We do this stuff every day and we strive to get better and better each time.
