We use Insurance industry standard pricing and also Time and material pricing software
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends upon the project. Each project would be led by a project manager and lead technician. Customer service and communication is at the forefront of our project management.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified in Water,Damage, Mold remediation, Sewage cleanup, and Fire damage. We have experienced restoration professionals and perform on average about 500 jobs per year. We do this stuff every day and we strive to get better and better each time.
