We hired Soares Stone to remodel an apartment bathroom based on the desired parameters. Pablo and his team completed this project in a week quickly, hassle-free, based on what we wanted. They handled all the issues. They provided all the materials and services at a great value and with great quality. We did not have to lift a finger! We have a new bathroom that looks amazing! Pablo is very detail oriented and was extremely responsive and helpful in getting our kitchen countertop and cabinetry set up in record timing. He was very resourceful in using his contacts in order to resolve a big issue that we had with some rotted cabinets that we didn’t plan on having to update. I highly recommend using Pablo in the future, as I know I certainly will. He is very talented in his craftsmanship and walked me through the process with photos and text messages that made me feel comfortable working with him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing and want you to be happy with your purchase and working with us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first have a phone call or by text message to understand your needs. We ask that you send us pictures of exiting cabinets or cabinet drawings for the countertop layout. We then come out and do a digital template that takes about one hour and then we provide you with a quote to do your job. We come back in less than a week to install.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by Park Industries in Minnesota on how to operate the fabrication and polish machines for stone. I have been trained by Laser Product Industries on how to laser template countertops .
