Hello my name is Sean, 36 years old originally from Waltham, Ma. I’m an owner, designer, installer and operator at Caisse Construction, Inc.
Trust is everything. And without it, a relationship even in business will not sustain. What sets me apart from other general contractors is one key factor. Honesty. You will be my number 1 priority. From start to finish, the man that you meet, that will guide you through the design and sales process, will also be on site leading the project from start to finish. So many times I hear horror stories- the job was oversold and underdelivered. Example, “The guy that owned it was great who sold us on everything, but a whole crew showed up that couldn’t even speak my language.”
I learned early that my brand and what I represent is only protected with myself - and myself only. I am a one team operation- when you spread out multiple teams, mistakes happen. I let my work do the talking. For any type of service that you can imagine I have a reference of quality work with 100 percent satisfied customers. Try me ;)

My property was damaged by a Well line repair that left my driveway, retaining wall, walkway and stairs in disrepair. I hired Caisse to repair the situation and they transformed my outdated exterior landscape to what is now a showpiece. We have received only compliments from the neighborhood residents on the modern appearance and the high quality work they performed. This was a time-sensitive job because the entrance to the property and house was obstructed by the unexpected Well line break and winter was just around the corner. I contacted several companies and Caisse was by far the most responsive (same day) and attentive to the urgency. They showed up as agreed on-time and with the man power and necessary heavy equipment, worked long days and weekends. The finished all the construction on Christmas Eve. It was in before the ground froze. They returned in the spring to complete the planting and reseeding of the yard. Liked Seans work so much I hired him to do the backyard wall and walkway. None of these jobs only entailed a straightaway installation they required earth moving and tree removal too. No doubt in my mind This was the company for the Job.

Working with Caisse Construction has been one fantastic experience. Owner, Sean , with an attention to detail that is not processed by many, transformed our yard into a picturesque beautiful scene.After purchasing a hot tub I knew I needed a professional like Caisse Cont to get the yard looking beautiful. Sean , the owner showed up within 24 hours to give us an estimate and a vision on what he could do to transform the yard. We loved his style, his enthusiasm , his ideas, all along being able to adjust to my wife changing her mind a few times. That is not easy to adjust too and Sean did that very willingly. Seans crew, top notch people who are respectful and hard workers.I know a lot of people will at some point in their life look for someone to do some work or prepare there yard for a hot tub , a shed , or something similar. Your first call should be to Caisse Contruction. The quality of the work and ease of which the owners goes about his business is second to none. You will know within 5 minutes of meeting Sean why he is successful and has a top notch Constuction Business.

In Jan 2019, I hired Sean and his team for one day's worth of help after a flood. They cleaned up the flooded areas, removed a concrete slab, regraded, loomed and filled in with stone and as an added bonus fixed my french drain and sump pump. I was impressed by the high quality, comprehensive and creative job they did. I was in awe when he showed me photos of many of his completed projects which were comprehensive.In October, I asked Sean to repair and remodel my yard after geothermal drilling. I asked for a design using curvature instead of straight lines, easy care and a way to deal with grass that won't take.We ended up with a beautiful cobblestone driveway extension (where the grass wouldn't grow), new elevated stone beds (using the stone from the drilling), curved river stone lined beds with a zen feel, regraded yard with curve edges.The project solved my yard problems, blended in with the surroundings in a peaceful, timeless manner and was impeccable. Sean is a model businessperson who puts the customer first, is quality focused and takes pride in his work.

Sean and his team are incredibly talented and knowledgeable. I received a few different quotes for a patio job and although Sean's prices were on the higher end, he talked circles around the other contractors I met. He answered any and all questions I had and also offers a warranty on all his work! My patio came out BEAUTIFUL and it was completed in a timely manner. I could not be happier with the services Caisse Construction provided!

Caisse construction just finished a new walkway and two sets of stairs at our home . The work involved was amazing and came out with great detail !! I could not have even imagined how incredible and professional the work was done!! And the crew was overly respectful and polite !! Highly recommended 100 times over !!
