I have been teaching group exercise and providing personal training since 1988. As an aging Boomer myself, I know firsthand the value of consistent, effective, sustainable exercise. Now I can’t stay up dancing into the wee hours like I use to. I no longer look great in a Speedo and I have aches and pains I didn’t have when I was younger. But most of the time I feel great! I enjoy all the perks of being fit. I’ve got plenty of energy to move through my day. I still hike, bike, swim and kayak. And I greet most days with enthusiasm, optimism and gratitude.

Weight Loss Coaching: The TLC Weight Loss Coaching process is built on the premise that everyone is on a unique journey, with distinctive visions, goals and challenges.
As your coach my aim is to:
• Assist you in identifying your goals and challenges
• Uncover any hidden obstacles that might be sabotaging your weight loss efforts
• Help you create an action plan and implement it, guiding you step by step toward successful achievement.
• Provide the guidance, motivation, accountability, and support you need to achieve and maintain your ideal weight.
I have combined my extensive knowledge in nutrition and exercise with my training as a health coach, hypnotherapist, and Emotional Freedom Techniques practitioner to develop the TLC Weight Loss Coaching Program. By using a multi-faceted approach I can help you lose weight and keep it off so that you can move into your later years with enthusiasm, joy, and optimal well-being.
