He didn’t do good job installing my Vinyl flooring. The cutting of plank was so bad and uneven and left so much gap between flooring and baseboard. I asked the guy to fix it and never got response back. He ruined my newly built basement flooring and that is super upsetting. Update-I asked almost 50 times and he refused to come and fix it or provide any partial refund. Super unprofessional behavior. The gap was so huge that it didn’t get covered by baseboard and shoe molding was recommended to cover it which had additional cost of $600. End result Photos are attached. I would never recommend him to any one.

Hi Ankita, The 1/4" gap you mentioned is a necessary precaution to prevent the flooring from buckling or warping due to temperature and humidity changes. This is a standard practice in LVP installation to ensure the longevity of the flooring. and will be installing baseboards that will cover the gap and provide a clean, finished look. We received 5 quotes for removing our laminate, tile, and carpet for replacing with LVP. Gabriel at Coor Flooring beat all the other specialists out in every way. I worked with Gabriel from Coorflooring Specialty. He is a very good communicator and does quality work. I needed a small bedroom's carpet removed and LVP installed. I picked up the LVP and had it ready for him to install. The job was completed in 1 day and I am very happy with overall value. I will be having him come back to install LVP in my 2 other large bedrooms. Thanks Gabiel!

Gabriel took the money and did not finish the job. I texted him but no answer, then I called him and when I said my name he hung up and blocked my number so I could not contact him. Absolutely would not recommend. I'm now left with a partial job and the money gone. He also did not answer on Thumbtack after taking the money and does not answer on instagram either. There are too many contractors in the area to use Coorflooring Specialty.

Hi Sara, that’s not accurate. I completed all the work you requested, except for a small strip of flooring that wasn’t installed because there wasn’t enough material available. Unfortunately, I can’t upload pictures here, but I have proof of the completed work. As for blocking your number, I did not do that, and you are welcome to call me anytime to discuss this. You simply need to purchase more flooring to complete that final section.
