FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One thing to be aware of is if your going to pull a electrical permit there's usually about a $50 inspection fee, also I offer a senior citizens discount for homeowners and buisness owners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually either the customer or I will get in contact and we'll discuss what exactly it is that the customer wants or needs. From there we'll talk about pricing then schedule an appointment. Depending on the job I'll either come up with a price and write up a contract or for service calls it will be an hourly rate so an invoice will be written when the jobs complete. For me it's important to build a trusting relationship with the customer so they know they are in good hands and can count on me to do a safe and clean job. A good working relationship makes any project more enjoyable and increase the likelihood that both the customer and I will be happy with the final product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my apprenticeship with 5 years of Code & Theory courses at Woburn Electrical School before passing my electrical exam. I completed a Fire Alarm course and a Data/Telecommunications course at Woburn Electrical School. I have my OSHA 10 certification along with OSHA Ariel Lift & Electrical/Fire safty training.
