- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the dishes selected and the serving pan size (Half Pan or Full Pan). Additional fees may apply depending on services requested, such as full-service catering, number of guests, accessories for food setup, travel fees, delivery fees, and specialty experiences. All additional charges are clearly documented so customers know exactly what they are paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out, we start with a consultation to understand their event details, guest count, menu preferences, and any special requests. Once the menu is finalized, we provide a detailed quote. A deposit is required to secure the booking, and the remaining balance is due before the event. We offer different catering options to fit our clients' needs, including: ✅ Drop-off catering – Food is delivered, and the client handles setup. ✅ Drop-off with setup – We set up the food table, ensuring everything is arranged properly before leaving. ✅ Remain-on-site catering – We stay on-site to monitor food, assist guests, and maintain the setup. This service includes the use of our professional metal food equipment to keep everything warm and presentable. ✅ Full-service catering – We provide a complete catering experience, including food service, staff, and cleanup. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took culinary classes in high school and have years of hands-on experience running a catering business specializing in Haitian and Jamaican cuisine. My expertise comes from both formal training and a deep-rooted passion for cooking and hospitality.
