I have been managing condominium associations and private homes since 1981, and I've been through my share of tradespeople for all sorts of reasons, good and bad. My standard pricing is looking at the customers job and figure cost of materials and labor it usually saves the customer money than line iteming

I will meet the customer go through everything step by step so they can understand everything that will happen on their job.

I have numerous training on Fire Alarm Systems CCTV Systems always on top of new electrical codes that come out
