The good: super responsive and came in less than 24 hours. Took the time to tell me what the problem was and answer my questions. The bad: Turns out that they missed the root cause of the issue I had. Today I found that under the agitator, the cone shaped section of the washing machine itself was breaking apart. These are the little fragments that broke the pump that they replaced. The service gentleman told me that the problem was stuff we leave in our pockets gumming up the machine, but he missed that the fragments I'd shown him were pieces of the machine itself breaking apart. So I'm marking this as the bad part of the review because I paid to have the pump replaced, which was the service gentleman's diagnosed issue, but now I need to buy a whole new washing machine.
