Arthur is a thorough professional. Knows his stuff. Very responsive with communication and respectful. He replaced our garbage disposal and also helped solve other trivial issues for other appliances. He helps you to make an informed decision by giving various options. Truthful about prices and cost. If customer decided to work with us we are giving very reasonable price and military , teacher , student ,discount will apply . Service call will deduct from total Labor cost .!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We care our customers no matter new or old. We giving additional discount for new customers for total Labor cost . When they start to work with us , They know who works for future request .
