My 2300 sq.ft. studio is 100% private. I am not located in a gym or with anyone else. My own private space with one-on-one private and group classes. I have been in the industry for over 30 years. Like everyone I have had my ups and downs and struggles with weight loss and fitness goals. With my customized nutritional programs and monthly fitness assessments I can help you succeed with your fitness goals. I do not feel that what I do is a job. This is my passion. I love meeting new people and helping them to feel better about themselves and improve their health.

Working with Nancy has been absolutely amazing. I came in feeling awful about myself and in 3 months I’ve already lost 16lbs, my clothes are fitting again and I am seeing lean muscle where I didn’t have it before. She has a tremendous amount of experience and is really an expert. Not only does she get you in shape, she also monitors your progress regularly, gives you nutrition advise about macros, and has all the best equipment for healing like pulse. I train with Nancy 5x a week and know I will for a lifetime. Nancy has a heart of gold and is the kind of person who would give you the shirt off her back, she is not only my trainer but has also become a friend. Great personal trainer. She trains my mom and I and she does a great job. She’s patient and we always get a great workout. I appreciate that she cares about form during exercises. She’s challenging (but it’s a good challenge)

Nancy was an amazing trainer; I would recommend her for anyone who is interested in hiring a personal trainer. She was always very professional and tailored my workouts to exactly what I needed. She made my training sessions a lot of fun and challenged me to push myself harder. I do not have enough good things to say about this woman! I just started going to Nancy and so far so GREAT! I'll leave another review in a month once I have some results, but so far she has been so great with talking and working with me, I feel the burn, I needed a personal trainer bad!!
