A chance inquiry at NESGS's booth in a Berkshire trade show in 2014 eventually led to our solar install in 2015.After the show Andrew came and did a site evaluation ,a presentation and proposal.His knowledge and honest straight-forward answers about the process convinced us that we'd found our contractor.It took a few months for us to actually sign up and appreciated never being "encouraged" or pushed to sign by NESGS. As promised ,Andrew took care of everything: forms,permits,inspections,Eversource and an excellent electrical sub-contractor.I was given the option of doing the required upgrade of roof framing myself which helped our bottom line.Andrew and his crew are knowledgeable,competent and efficient.They stuck to their schedule,completing a 16-panel,2nd-story install (including moving the plumbing vent stack)in just a few days.Through the whole process,from site evaluation to switching on the system,Andrew's take seemed to be 'I'm never farther away than my cell': great communication and service. Four years later everything is humming along to our benefit.My wife and I have given out piles of Andrew's business cards to folks curious about our array or just interested in solar and we have no reason to stop.To us there is nothing that tops an honest local contractor.

I can't say enough good things about Andrew and the crew from New England Solar and Green solutions. On time, courteous, efficient, educative and just darn right wonderful! Everything went as Andrew stated on his initial time line. He took care of all the permitting, zoning stuff and paper work. It was extremely easy. I really can't think of one thing that turned into even a little snafu and I live in a very old house, in a historic district with very uneven roof lines and I am not a techie in any way shape or form! They are the real deal and honest as the day is long! You will not be disappointed - go for it!
