Craig said he is a licensed HVAC contractor, and not for plumbing. I hired him because he said he has installed this before and it is easy and wouldn't take time. He got in at 2PM and left my house at 6:20pm. he made 3 trips to Lowes to get the right stuff to get his plan straight. He didn't care to tell me his plan and ask if I am ok with it and made the joints abrupt which are destined to burst or drop the pressure.
My mistake, I still had "hope". The piping he did was all crooked shaped (as shown). As a result, when we were ready to use the space for a facebook live, the pipe burst open. I had to leave everything and manage the water flooding. Had to go lowes and fix his faults myself.
Now, my master shower is almost dead so I have to call a licensed plumber who can fix Craig's mistakes and spend double the money.
I am disappointed but I would never hire him for anything at this point or recommend him to any of my friends.

Rescheduled the appointment on the day of Maintenance appointment. Did not show up for the rescheduled appointment. Tried texting and calling multiple times and no response. Waited more than an hour from the appointment time and did not show up or. No communication or no response to the messages or phone calls. I would not recommend.
