Jim W. ***Update - I've been working out with Ryan now for almost 2 years. Dropped 30 lbs., lost over 10% bodyfat, and gained some muscle along the way...never looking back. What's your health worth? I went in unknowing of what to expect and he explained everything to me in full detail. Explained what to expect, did all sorts of measurements and asked the right questions in order to better help him understand how to help me attain my goal of fitness and health that I was aiming for. He had me train my first day on his equipment to see what I could do and where I could improve. He provided lots of encouragement in the process. He even goes as far with you as to set up a diet plan that will work for you. This guy is great, enthusiastic! He obviously loves what he's doing and really just seems to want to help you be the best version of yourself. He will work with you on so many levels. Totally recommend this guy!

I have been working out on my own for the past several years and recently found that I had plateaued. i was doing the same things over and over and never reaching my desired fitness goals. I was looking for a new challenge. If you are ready to make a commitment to training, Ryan from Cross Climb is the place to check out. I was impressed with the thorough interview and individual plan for my fitness. At 58, I wondering If i could do this again. Ryan assured me that I could. He will works out an individualized plan to help you realize your fitness goals. He wants to understand your past so he can help you move to the future. Ryan has a passion for fitness, nutrition and good health and has come up with a program that will challenge you. He has a positive attitude towards his clients and is willing to take the time so that they can get the most out of the experience. He specializes in working with clients who are in the 40’s -60’s and is very patient. The workouts are challenging and unique. I feel confident I am in good hands and look forward to my workouts twice a week.

Hello! I had worked out @ Crossclimb for about 2 and half months in 2020. I was successfully able to loose 2 percent body fat in such a short period. I also ended up increasing muscle in my legs and upper body which is what I wanted. Ryan and Jesse (Trainers) are wonderful people to work with and they truly can help you achieve the goals you may have set.
