Didn’t complete the job and tenants said he used there extension cord and buckets and paper towels and left a mess on there floors and the kitchen sink is worse than before. Now they have no usable sink. 175$ out the window. He said he will return in the am but wouldn’t answer me text or calls.

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give a negative score, I absolutely would. This company tried to charge me additional money since the drain cleaning was from my company. Simply because I was a business entity, I would be charged an additional $150. In addition, they false advertise free camera inspection when indeed they charge $200 for them. When confronted, I was told “I should’ve been charged more” and that Ralph was going to come back and write up a more expensive receipt. Not only that, but they tried to tell me I had a broken drain line and refused to simply try cleaning it out first. I am disgusted with the way this company does business. Completely dishonest and tries to manipulate you to do expensive work that doesn’t need to be done.
