- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system as every clients needs vary. I do have a baseline that I price from.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet with new clients at the jobsite to discuss the project. This gives me the opportunity to assess the project and account for any variables that may potentially occur. In doing this it allows the client to be aware of any potential problems and gives the opportunity to ask questions.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are willing to do the work. Larger companies have the man power to cover the additional work. Some smaller companies have the drive to do the same quality of work
