- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is adjustable based on the specific needs of each client. While some customers enjoy the flexibility of all-inclusive pricing, others prefer to handle aspects of their facility's custodial care (such as ordering soap and paper towels) themselves and paying for specialty services like carpet cleaning separately as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you reach out to me on Thumbtack, I will schedule a quick phone call or text exchange to grab some brief details and make sure that we are a good fit before booking a meeting for a facility walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, myself, have been professionally maintaining commercial properties for nearly a decade. I have cleaned in every environment from industrial and retail to hospitality and beyond. I train my staff to take pride in the opportunity to be charged with the custodial care of our clients' facilities.
