Shouldn’t set up time to meet a potential client for a project just to not show up or even call? Did this twice in a row to me. Glad I found another person to do the work.

The customer canceled the first appointment with me, and I did cancel the second because of an Emergency call. And after 45 days, he left me a bad review. But I will say thank you anyway. I will improve customer communication skills in my Business.

Marcos came out to give me an estimate for our bedroom remodel. I contacted him a week later and he said he had sent the proposal and would send again that night. I never heard from him again.

I sent the email and did request the customer to check the spam folder. I sent emails three times. I should have asked for a different email to ensure the customer received it. I'm Improving my business Customer communications skill to avoid this type of Problem
