- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ramps are based on square footage. We first have to design the ramp that will meet your needs and then we can price it out. Most of the time this can be done over the phone with a few pictures that you send us. Showers can vary in price based on what we do the range can go anywhere from $7,000 to $15,000.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call and then a home evaluation can be scheduled. We discuss the project, pricing and timing. Most of the time customers can get a price right away and not have to wait 2 weeks like a typical contractor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed contractor since 1994 and started specializing in accessibility in 2008. in 2010 I was CAPS certified - a certified aging in place specialist. I work for the state of Ma as a preferred accessibility contractor
