As a type 2 diabetic, before starting this program my blood sugars were out of control and I was overweight . Now almost 4 months in I have lost 31 pounds, but most importantly my blood sugars are exactly where they should be, I couldn’t have done it without my wonderful coach Susan Colgan

Susan has been with me from the start. My weight fluctuated, I either list alot of weight or gained a lot. I also had trouble with acid reflux. Susan helped me to maintain a healthy weight and the reflux is gone.
