The Ladd Plumbing team is extremely nice and professional. They are knowledgeable in their work and goes the extra mile to help. I hired them to help with a gas dryer install. But they not only took care of that job, they also pointed out a missing check valve on my waste line. I appreciate them looking out for any worrisome plumbing issues in my home while they’re here. They typically test out the dryer post install but since I switched from electric to gas dryer, I didn’t notice that there wasn’t a regular 110v plug and didn’t have an extension cord. They tried to help me out by seeing if they had one on hand but sadly they didn’t. I got one a couple days later plugged I. The dryer and it’s running fine.

Mike and his team were super responsive and came right the next day to check on the leak on the gas boiler. They immediately figured out the issue and got the new parts to add on the leaking pipe and completed their work very quickly. I don’t think I will have to look around now for any type of plumbing issues.
