Karl was on time, worked very hard and did a phenomenal job of cleaning my house, gutters and outdoor wooden stairs. He also pointed out some areas of my home which will require attention in the future. I can’t say enough great things about him and his work. He’s a true family man and is easy to converse with. Carl, arrived on time and was very responsive to my needs. Power washed whole house, deck, and stamped concrete driveway/walkway. Very diligent in removing green mold. Went over areas multiple times to ensure badly soiled areas were as clean as possible. Equipment seemed state of the art. Good value and would use again. Linda M., Pembroke 8/31/20

No hidden fees and I offer customized discount packages.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet and than I ask the customer for pictures of the scope work they are looking to have done so I can give them an accurate estimate. If they would like to move forward than we figure out the best time to schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken various classes to learn best techniques and cleaning solutions and experience is the best training in my mind. I am constantly doing research to make sure that I am learning new skills and being on the forefront of my industry everyday.
