- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No hidden fees and I offer customized discount packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet and than I ask the customer for pictures of the scope work they are looking to have done so I can give them an accurate estimate. If they would like to move forward than we figure out the best time to schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken various classes to learn best techniques and cleaning solutions and experience is the best training in my mind. I am constantly doing research to make sure that I am learning new skills and being on the forefront of my industry everyday.
