- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple, fun and creative; We do a initial consultation over the phone to get a sense of the color, style, size of the room and the budget client has set for the project. Next, we set up an appointment and bring the samples to your home where we get to choose the best carpet or rug to suit your needs. Once the carpet or rug is selected, we order it for our clients and provide them with an ETA. When the carpet arrives at our warehouse we call to set up the time for installation. The complete process from initial consultation to finish may take 2-4 weeks depending on the availability of the carpet or rugs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent the last 20 years working with accomplished architects, builders and interior designers in the trade. In this time I have developed a solid reputation, gained valuable experience and understanding of the interior design world to help understand the needs of my clients and to get them the rugs and carpeting that looks perfect and appears effortless in the space we are working with. I am an enthusiast for interior design and decorating with rugs and carpeting. My interior design training came from designers in trade with whom I still keep in good contact. My flair, originality and passion for rugs, carpeting and interior design has given me an excellent understanding of proportion, scale and color, as well as sympathy for both contemporary uncluttered interiors and traditional classic interiors.
