- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Snowsurance offer flexible pricing plans, each designed to fit different needs. Regardless of your choice, you will receive the same top-tier service you expect. Our StormPay plan offers a variable rate after each storm, based on the snowfall totals in your city or town. Our SeasonPass plan offers a flat, seasonal rate that covers you for all storms throughout the season. Our SeasonPass Flex plan offers a flat, monthly rate for five months that covers you for all storms throughout the season.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Request custom pricing for your home on our website. Select one of three flexible pricing plans. You can pay after each storm, pay each month, or each season. Invoices are emailed and can be paid online with your preferred credit card or bank. Your home is added to one of our local routes with other customers in your neighborhood. When winter weather approaches, Storm Alerts will keep you up-to-date through every stage of the storm. You’re automatically covered for any storm with two or more inches of snow. No need to call us out—we’ve got it handled. Each of our crews are equipped with a truck and plow, snowblowers, and shovels to clear your property efficiently and thoroughly.
