- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers can choose between a lawn mowing-only option or a bundled rate for lawn mowings and yard cleanups. Depending on when a new customer signs up, their activation fee may be waived.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prospective customers will usually submit a request for pricing on our website which we will then reply back with the pricing within 24 hours. From there, the customer can decide which of our plans best suits their needs. Once signed up, the cuts begin!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
