- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a family-owned business that prides itself in providing outstanding service to our community at a reasonable price. When you want to be part of the community long term, you are not willing to risk your reputation for a few extra bucks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use technology to our advantage. We have a highly technical job to support our community. We have the most robust customer relationship management system to help give the customer a one-of-a-kind experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have two master electricians on our team as well as several apprentices. Our master electricians are subject to an ongoing training certification that is one of the most rigorous in the nation. In addition, we require our entire team to participate in training sessions every Thursday morning. Finally, we offer an optional Thursday evening training session which several of our team members invest in routinely.
