- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The consultation is complimentary and done over telephone or in person. Additional sessions and payments are done on the day of scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first consultation is a chance to discuss your health and fitness background; physical condition; and short or long-term goals. A thorough background and fitness assessment is desirable to create a safe and effective training program that's tailored to your specific strengths and weaknesses/imbalances. We'll go over medical history and assess strength, balance, flexibility/ range of motion.
