Edin was very professional, responsive, punctual, and did an amazing job. He listened to all my concerns patiently and also took my suggestions into account for repair. The damage was caused by an unleveled plywood subfloor, and I asked him to patch the area with flexible floor patch leveler, which would take a few hours to dry. He adjusted his schedule to make sure the repair is done to my satisfaction and to ensure it doesn't reoccur in the future. He and his crew prepped the area well before starting the repair, and after all the work was done, they cleaned it up so well as if nothing had happened there. I am really satisfied with the job done by E&M flooring and would highly recommend them.

This was my first experience with hardwood floors. Edin showed incredible patience and professionalism as I barraged him with questions and changes. I felt that I was in good hands from the start, and the results show this is true. Absolutely jaw dropping works. I cannot believe how good our floors look. He was open and honest throughout the process. On top of that he was always on time and begin/finished exactly as planned. I could not have asked for a better experience. Will definitely be back. I cannot recommend Edin and his company enough. 10 out of 5 stars.
