Golden Level Construction, Inc., gave our small building repairs the same level of detail and attention as a major construction project. The workmanship is superb and the results neat and very professional. They went above and beyond to get our work done as scheduled and are professional and easy to work with. My project was a kitchen renovation — floors, cabinets, tile, appliances — and Styopa was the perfect man for the job. Very hard working, always willing to adjust for my budget and very accommodating to a busy and hectic schedule. The work is top notch, he really strives to make things perfect and won’t settle for anything less. On top of that he’s very friendly and easy to work with. I’m happy I chose Golden Level and would happily work with them on future projects.

Stepan is very reliable and quite the professional in his field of work. We got several quotes from other companies, but we chose him because of his experience, knowledge and honesty. Stepan was upfront about costs and the quality of the product he used. He was always willing to work within our budget even with some unexpected surprises (we have a 100 year old house). We had many fascia boards, corner boards and exterior window trim replaced, in addition to a bit of soffit repair. His workers, Max and Sergei, were also professional and had a superb work ethic. After they were done for the day, the cleanup was great and all tools and materials were stored away out of sight until the next day. Stepan is a perfectionist and wants his work to be done just right as if it was his own home. We will definitely be using Golden Level again. 😊

We needed to ice/waterproof the house exterior wall. That job has been done by Stepan with exceptional quality and great attention to all, even small, details. The communication while project had been in progress, was outstanding, even when I had to leave the city for a couple of days. While it was not the cheapest bid we had for that job, the investment is totally worth the job done.
