Introduction
I offer all my clients the personal and dedicated service that they deserve and expect with an attention to detail and a focus on creative dispute resolution. Where necessary, I provide litigation expertise accompanied by the diligence and patience required to achieve a satisfactory, cost-effective result. I provide full time accessibility to my clients, returning voice mail and e-mail messages the same day or evening. My clients are fully apprised of developments in their matter in real time and not left to wonder as to their case status. Whenever possible, and the client is willing, I welcome those clients who do not mind undertaking certain fact gathering or document assembly tasks in order to save on fees and costs. I take very seriously serving my clients to the best of my ability and to exceed my clients' expectations or past experiences.
I love the challenges and variety of issues that are presented to me on a daily basis coupled with seeing the client's satisfaction when the problem is resolved.

I called upon Richard Mabel to review mediated divorce documents prior to filing. I was able to book my appointment with him very easily. The appointment itself was informative and productive. He offered several pertinent suggestions for my case, all of which I implemented. He also reformatted my documents into a much more professional presentation for the court. I'm so glad that I picked Attorney Richard Mable among the crowd of over 200+ other lawyers in Boston. His legal fee was very humble but his work was beyond the expectation. I live in Alabama but the divorce case filled & resolved in Boston. I have never met Mr. Mable but he fights for me aggressively.
