We had a great experience with 128 plumbing and have used them several times. The plumber who came out today, Dom was great and worked all day to fix our issue. It was a difficult job but he stuck to it and cleared it up for us. Great service!!

I scheduled an appointment for 2 days out and they called the following morning and was able to get a person out sooner. The person was confident that he was able to fix the clogged pipe the first way he explained and provided me with an estimated cost and explained the second way and also provided me with an estimated cost. He cleaned everything up and locked my house up and contacted me once he was done with the job in about an hour and a half. He also provided me with a list of other things that need to be done in my house and with estimated cost and explained the time frame when they should be fixed by.

Matt and Stephen arrived a few hours after I called. They gave me options to fix the situation and I felt like they were straightforward with the data. They were very knowledgeable and efficient and patient with all my questions. There may be less expensive ways to get things done but given the response, efficiency and quality that Matt and Stephen delivered, I am very happy and appreciative of their help and consideration and coming to my house and fixing the problem expertly. Dominic and his team were fantastic to work with. As new homeowners, it was tough to have our hot water heater go on us. We were very lucky we called 128 as they were able to get to our home first thing Monday morning and complete the work by Tuesday evening. Dominic made us feel secure in our decision to go tankless and their work was prompt and well done. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. We would gladly call 128 for our future plumbing needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For any new furnace, boiler, tankless on-demand heating or hot water system, or ductless mini-split, or air conditioning we offer a consultation at no cost. We'll spend time at your kitchen table with you answering any questions you might have. We offer upfront pricing on repairs while on-site for service calls. For preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, we can offer one-time maintenances as well as three to five year long service plans right on the phone.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential home owners in the North shore, Greater Boston, or Merrimack Valley areas. We go all the way up Rte 128... which is how we got our name!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone licensed, insured, experienced on different equipment and that has been in business for a longtime in case you ever have questions about your project in the future.
