- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For any new furnace, boiler, tankless on-demand heating or hot water system, or ductless mini-split, or air conditioning we offer a consultation at no cost. We'll spend time at your kitchen table with you answering any questions you might have. We offer upfront pricing on repairs while on-site for service calls. For preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, we can offer one-time maintenances as well as three to five year long service plans right on the phone.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential home owners in the North shore, Greater Boston, or Merrimack Valley areas. We go all the way up Rte 128... which is how we got our name!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone licensed, insured, experienced on different equipment and that has been in business for a longtime in case you ever have questions about your project in the future.
