Matt and Stephen arrived a few hours after I called. They gave me options to fix the situation and I felt like they were straightforward with the data. They were very knowledgeable and efficient and patient with all my questions. There may be less expensive ways to get things done but given the response, efficiency and quality that Matt and Stephen delivered, I am very happy and appreciative of their help and consideration and coming to my house and fixing the problem expertly. The technician (Darren) is meticulous and logical in the diagnostic phase. He tried to clean/fix components instead of blindly replacing parts. He is also patient in explaining things to us. Work completed in speedy fashion. Very efficient and professional process. Highly recommend---128 plumbing!

Our Mitsubishi Mr. oSlim stopped working yesterday and I called to see if I could get it looked at and serviced. Norm arrived the next morning (today).I received a call from the main office notifying me of his arrival a few minutes in advance. Norm put booties over his boots to protect our floor and thoroughly inspected the inside and outside components.He was polite, knowledgeable and clearly explained the situation, options and costs. He was cheerful and positive in spite of his having to work outside with the temperature being about 12F. Norm clearly likes his job, knows his business and is an excellent representative for 128. This is my first experience with 128 and I am impressed with your response time, your professionalism and your use of mobile computer applications.You converted an irritating heating problem into an interesting experience.Thank you,Dave Lewis

128 has a really good history with me, so when my hot water stopped working I called them right away. They were able to send a technician the same day (wow!). Adin not only diagnosed the issue but repaired it on the spot! He was also very professional and a great communicator (he let me know when he was on his way and even showed up a few minutes early). Friendly people running the phones; smart and professional technicians; highly recommended!
