Perfect from start to finish. Polite, prompt, professional. My gutters literally had plants growing in them. Embarrassing. I contacted Jose and he responded within a short time and we set up an appointment. He texted me when he was on his way and 20 minutes before he arrived—very professional. He took before pictures, cleaned the gutters thoroughly and took after pictures. The gutters were spotless! The entire appointment was perfect. He is now my gutter guy. I plan on hiring him on a regular basis every Fall and Spring.

Jose came to my house for a court and his court for gutter guards were very reasonable and then he also ensured that he as part of the court water washed my gutter area that he saw and clean them for no cost.

I contracted Jose from New Generation and he was very attentive from the time I requested a quote for guarder cleaning on Thumbtack. We made an appointment for the next day. The price was very reasonable, he arrived on time, and he took the time to clean & inspect the gutters. He also inspected my roof and informed me it was in great shape. At my request, he gave a quote to install guarder guards. The quote includes the cost and installation of the gutter guards and making sure the guarders are properly secured. I find his services to be Excellent!
