Ivan from Excel Mechanical did our hot water heater removal and new installation today. He was a pleasure to work with and did excellent work. Answered questions fully and tracked down an extended warranty the hot water heater supplier offered. I have recommended him and Excel Mechanical to other the homeowners in our three-unit building. Had a leaking water heater on a Sunday. Called Excel Mechanical based on the manufacturers' recommendations. In my town. They came to the house at 8:15 on Monday, gave me a quote which I accepted. Ivan started removing the old tank at noon that day. He worked straight through till 5:30 installing the new tank and cleaning up. We were very happy with his work.

I must say that I am anazed at the service done! Ivan was probably the fastest and best Plumber we ever had. We have an old house and Ivan recommended very helpful suggestions to get us where we should be. Not only that, after loading up his truck, he returned to check if he come work on another valve, in which it was connected to the Water Main that the City Water department will have to step in. I hope he is sent back in the future. Thank you City of Boston
