He was very responsive and came within the hour of contacting. He was helpful in walking me through the heating system and identifying the problem and the fix for it. He even went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute request on top of the service as well.

I had an urgent issue with my HVAC system and Remedy came up in my search. He immediately responded and diagnosed the problem, figured out the issue, ordered the damaged part and came back after the part arrived and fixed the issue. He charged a fair amount for his work and I was very satisfied.

My tenant kept complaining that the furnace was blowing out cold air but everytime I went over it was the opposite; hot air was coming out. I called Remy and he helped me troubleshoot the system. When all else failed he stopped by and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions during and after the visit.

The representative did a great job installing our new water heater very fast. Then, he cleaned the basement and disposed the old water heater. He made sure things are working properly and turned on everything he turned off to perform the job. We also needed help resetting our thermostat, he also assisted us with that task. He did a wonderful job and we recommend him and will call him again for HVAC services in the future. My family and I are very happy with the service. Thank you!

I charge a fee of $150 to come and assess the issue. Then from there I am able to resolve the problem.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I assess the issue and let the customer know what I need to do to resolve it. I let the customer know what the cost will be, and then I am able to fix the problem for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a trade school to learn HVAC in a year long program. I received my EPA Universal Certification which allows me to work on any system that involves HVAC. I have been working in this field of work for the past 8 years.
