I hired Scott to do a job, the security system he installed had terrible video quality. After multiple attempts to fix this including blaming a the distortions on an "electrical phase issue," he finally replaced the DVR with a much cheaper dvr unit that doesn't have near the functionality of the original unit. Now we are having problems with that unit and several cameras are inoperable. Unfortunately, Scott has decided to stop answering my texts and calls, and has ignored my business partner as well. Avoid this guy and his shoddy work at all costs, he doesn't keep his word and he can't keep an appointment commitment to save his life. I spent $5000 dollars on a system to upgrade a seriously outdated revo remote system and wish I had my old system back. He's the type of guy who gives all contractors a bad name!
