Commissioned to paint a family gathering at the seashore, Tamara captured the unique characteristic beauty of each 11 family members. The viewer is drawn into the family gathering and can feel the warmth and glow of being together. Lookin at the painting, one can feel the sand beneath your feet, smell the salt air, be soothed by the gentle waves lapping the shore, hear the gulls calling and experience the sand between your fingers as you are drawn into the family activity building a sand castle. FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually give the total price for the mural and don't change it, unless the customer wants to make significant modifications. For most stenciling jobs, or repeated patterns, or specific faux finishes on furniture, I charge $40-$60 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer requests and ideas and then discuss it with the customer and give my suggestions based on my extensive experience. I show my portfolio, especially parts of it that fit the customer's tastes for their home or business interior. We are always able to come to a consensus about what needs to be done. Then I implement the job based on our shared vision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied painting extensively in art school and in a studio specializing in monumental paintings in Europe. I have over two decades of work experience in the USA.
