- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge base on the scope of work, we do not do cover-ups. We repair and install the right way. "Big or small we do it right or we do not do it at all!" we provide every customer with transparency and honesty, giving all customers proper information to help them make a good decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We help all, by the first call and communication. We love to meet face to face and scope the work as the customer describes. We then provide the customer with an option and provide them with an estimate. Giving you the flexibility to choose the option which is best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We obtain CSL licensee, we obtain OSHA license and we are fully Insured with General Liability and Workersman compensation.
